Life planning- planning for the possibility of disability.  Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Powers of Attorney for Property and the use of trusts for disability planning will be discussed.  Also, what happens if someone is disabled and does not have powers of attorney.  What are the legal alternatives?  Guardianship will be discussed, including what it is and the procedure to have a guardian appointed.
